Just started helping a friend to rebuild his website, TonySavoie.com. We are expecting a relaunch date in January of 2010. Tony will be the main user who will be updating everything, and he will keep his schedule current so all his fans, including me, will be able to track him on his paths, as well as take a look at all his latest artwork. It will be awesome to see him start his social networking life.
I have just finished reading “Learn C on the Mac” by Dave Mark. It is an awesome book which covers all aspects of the C language. I read every chapter, and did every example in there, but found some aspects that were a little confusing. I would gladly recommend this book to anyone who has no prior experience in programming.
I just installed Snow Leopard for Mac and it is awesome. It isn’t a huge change from leopard, but its the small things that make it nice. I took a screen capture and the file was named with date and time. I love that. The operating system is smaller which is nice, and I know that they have changed the bit counting system to the decimal system from the binary system. I understand why they would do that, as it seems like I have more space, but the other factor is that now I only have 1,000MB to a Gigabyte, rather than 1,024MB.

I’ve been reading “Learn C on the Mac” for the last few weeks (slow reader) and it is a lot of fun. The book contains great examples and it really teaches you how the C structure is built, and how to use it. Glad I went from Learn Objective C on the Mac to this book instead!
